Kaito del Valle, founded in 2016 by bartender Claudia Cabrera, made history as Latin America's first cocktail bar both created and operated entirely by women. Initially located in Colonia Del Valle, it has since relocated to a larger, playful space in Colonia JuĂĄrez, doubling its size and adding a cocktail innovation lab, a DJ booth, and a private karaoke roomâall while preserving its spirited izakaya vibe and whimsical flair.
