Founded in 2018 by renowned mixologist Patrick Pistolesi (formerly at Barnum and Café Propaganda), Drink Kong is Rome’s definitive high-tech speakeasy, ranking No. 33 on. Its multi-room layout channels a dystopian sci-fi world—neon-lit lounges, arcade machines, a "Jungle Room" for live rock/jazz, and a wood-panelled omakase tasting room.
