Library Lounge at the Four Seasons Doha is one of the the city’s most sophisticated retreats for evening drinks, relaxed conversation, and cigar indulgence. Opened (and recently refurbished) to evoke a classic “gentleman’s library” aesthetic, the space blends vintage charm with modern touches. Walking in, you’ll notice a carved marble bar, antique mirrors, rich woods, blue and ochre velvets, brushed brass accents, and curated artworks. The lounge is dim, intimate, and meant for lingering — ideal for sipping spirits, smoking a fine cigar, or enjoying elevated small plates. The Library has a dedicated cigar club / humidor, wooden cigar lockers, and a sense that smoking (within limits) is part of the experience. The beverage menu is robust: you’ll find a wide selection of spirits (whiskey, cognac, gin, rum, tequila, etc.) — along with signature cocktails like the Librarian Margarita, Negroni, Old Fashioned — and mocktails. For food, the menu features “elevated bar bites” such as Wagyu sliders, chicken sliders, calamari, prawn tacos, quesadillas, lobster mac & cheese and more. During happy hour (5:00 pm – 7:30 pm daily), select cocktails, sparkling, draft beers, and bites are offered at discounted prices. Many reviewers mention live piano or soft background music, adding to the lounge’s relaxed, classy aura. During Ramadan, Library Lounge is closed (as per hotel schedule).
