Perched on the 12th floor of Aloft Abu Dhabi, Brick Rooftop Kitchen & Bar is a rooftop garden oasis and woodfire culinary lounge that blends casual charm with crafted flair. As twilight sets, Brick transforms into one of the best spots in the city for sunset views, intimate dinners, and relaxed rooftop energy. The bar is open for dinner service (roughly 17:00 to 23:30) and features live acoustic performances on weekends to animate the mood. Food is a highlight: every dish is prepared in one of two wood-fired brick ovens, “Henry” (800°C, cedarwood) and “Henrietta” (600°C, pecan wood), delivering smoky depth to pizzas, grilled meats, fish, and more. There is also a robust vegan menu offering plant-based versions of their signature dishes. Drinks are equally considered. Brick’s rooftop bar pours a selection of wines, craft beers, cocktails, and mocktails. In recent seasons, they've emphasized more sustainable, zero-alcohol innovations. The beverage menu includes original creations like ROOFTOP OASIS (strawberry, mint, sweet & sour, spiced ginger ale) and THE BLISS (berries, basil, sparkling) as mocktail options. The setting is botanical and relaxed — plenty of greenery, vine-laden pergolas, and open terraces that soften the urban skyline. It works both as a lofty dinner spot or a rooftop bar after dark. Brick operates on a seasonal basis (roughly September through May) and is “closed for summer” during the hottest months. So check seasonality before planning. One note: the rooftop lounge ethos leans more on dining + drinks, rather than a full club / dance floor mode. But it does host music and rooftop energy without turning into a loud nightclub.
