About Deep Dive
Deep Dive is a dim, elegant cocktail den hidden at the base of the Amazon Spheres—a theatrical, “under-the-canopy” retreat where glowing shelves of curiosities, velvet seating, and a rippling ceiling set the scene. Inspired by classic marquee hotel bars, the room favors conversation and ceremony: low light, impeccable glassware, and bartenders who treat each build like a performance. Expect a rotating cocktail list that balances refined house creations with flawless classics, plus a thoughtful spirits selection and polished small plates (think oysters, caviar bites, and savory snacks) that match the bar’s luxe mood. It’s intimate, design-forward, and purposefully tucked away; plan ahead, dress smart, and settle in—the point here is to slow down and savor.
