Once inside, the décor channels a lush jungle-jazz aesthetic: chinoiserie wallpapers, deep blue wood paneling, gold accents, mirrored ceilings, velvet upholstery, and motifs of wild life and tigers in gilt frames. The cocktail menu is imaginative, with “vintage circus” and “remastered classics” themes. Drinks use interesting ingredients: a few examples include the BT Boulevard (shiitake mushroom + chocolate vermouth) and Ghosted (gin + berries + citrus) among others. There are also non-alcoholic options. Food is light and crafted for pairing: sliders, bao buns, Korean cauliflower, lobster roll, shrimp spring rolls, and charcuterie are among the selections.
