Bellboy
Nestled in the lobby of the chic Hotel B Berdichevsky, Bellboy is a creatively adventurous cocktail bar that opened in 2014 and quickly became one of Tel Aviv’s most-talked-about venues. The vibe is intimate and theatrical—wine-colored velvet curtains, leather sofas, marble and brass accents, and brass‑toned lighting set the mood. The bar artfully blends vintage speakeasy charm with playful eccentricity, all wrapped in a cozy 1920s aesthetic. What truly sets Bellboy apart is its imaginative presentation: cocktails are served in whimsical vessels like red fists, miniature bathtubs overflowing with bubbles, conch shells, and more. Crafted with homemade infusions, tinctures, and creative flavor combinations, each drink is a conversation piece—such as the vibrant “Rings a Bell,” blending gin, sauvignon blanc, Campari, lychee cordial, grapefruit, cocoa balsamic, passion fruit, and Sichuan chocolate. Patrons describe it as an escape—a place for escapism, with theatrics like vintage baby carriages delivering shots on oyster shells, and unforgettable staging that merges mixology with storytelling. Bellboy also features Butler, a hush-hush mini‑speakeasy hidden behind a secret door. It seats around 10–12 guests and offers a quieter, classic cocktail experience with oysters and old‑world charm. Expect a warm, creative atmosphere with swing‑jazz or mellow background music—a sensory escape wrapped in luxe nostalgia, ideal for cocktail adventurers and design lovers alike.
