Located in the heart of Tbilisi’s historic Sololaki district, 41 Gradus is a boutique cocktail bar that has become a cornerstone of the city’s burgeoning mixology scene. Founded in 2018 by Roman Milostivy, a seasoned bartender from Moscow, the bar was brought to life through a successful crowdfunding campaign, emphasizing its community-driven ethos.

The name "41 Gradus" pays homage to both the 41st parallel north—on which Tbilisi sits—and a group of avant-garde Georgian artists from a century ago. This artistic inspiration is evident in the bar’s approach to cocktails, which blend traditional Georgian ingredients with contemporary techniques.

The bar's interior exudes a minimalist charm, featuring a central bar surrounded by stools, subdued lighting, and a cozy atmosphere that accommodates up to 25 guests. The handwritten cocktail menu, updated biweekly, showcases a range of innovative drinks. Standouts include the "Golden Fleece," a gin-based cocktail incorporating matsoni (a traditional Georgian yogurt) and tkemali (a sour plum sauce), and the "Gamlet," a Georgian twist on the classic gimlet using tkemali cordial in place of lime.

Beyond its creative libations, 41 Gradus is committed to social responsibility, donating a portion of its profits to support young artists and cultural initiatives in Georgia.
